VENDOR REGISTRATION:
All vendors are reviewed for acceptance by the Juneteenth planning committee. It is our goal to have a wide variety of unique specialties, and products by artists, crafters, and vintage dealers. We are excited and look forward to seeing you and your products! The festival will be located in the same location as last year Capron Park 201 County Street in Attleboro, MA. Vendors will be allowed to check in and start setting up as early as 8:30 am and all vendors must be in attendance and checked in by 10 am (NO EXCEPTIONS.) Due to the overwhelming amount of emails, we encourage you to register ASAP. ALSO, TABLES & TENTS are Not provided however, they are a necessity to participate. Please ensure you have both. To ensure all items are handcrafted, you will be asked to provide the following in your application:

HOW TO APPLY:
Vendor applications will remain open until all available spaces have been filled. All applicants will receive a response from us within 7 days or sooner by email. Once your application has been processed, you’ll be sent a confirmation email and an invoice which can be paid by cash app online. If your payment is not received by June 1, 2024 the marketplace will withdraw and cancel your application.

BOOTH SHARING:
Sharing a booth with another vendor is not allowed unless permission is first granted by AJC.
TAX ID CERTIFICATES:
Tax ID Numbers are required in Massachusetts. All Exhibitors must be in compliance with State & Federal Tax Laws and display Tax ID Certificate in the booth. This is required for both in-state and out-of-state vendors. If you do not have a tax id certificate, you can obtain one online in a few minutes at no cost. VENDOR GUIDELINES:

We do not provide or rent any setup material ie: tables, chairs, tents, weights, etc
- Vendor Spaces must be attended to at all times
- Vehicles are not permitted in the vending area except to load and unload at the designated times.

Only sturdy tents with canopies are permitted

Floor-length tablecloths are required for all display tables

Additional stock and boxes must be kept hidden under the display

Rented space must be kept tidy during operating hours

Your goods/displays must not extend outside of your tent area

A minimum of 40 lbs per tent leg is mandatory for all tents (cinder block, water jugs, and other crude weight methods are not permitted) NO STAKES are allowed.

Smoking is not permitted

All personal trash must be hauled away at the close of the day
SETUP EMAILS:
A setup email will be sent to all vendors the Thursday prior to the event with your space assignment.
WEATHER POLICY:
The Juneteenth Festival Market is a rain-or-shine event. By choosing to participate in a rain-or-shine market, vendors assume all risks associated with adverse weather conditions. In the event of a closing due to severe weather, vendors will receive a credit for a future market date. If a credit is issued, it must be used for the current 2024 seasons. Credits do not extend into the next calendar year.
REFUND POLICY:
In the event you need to cancel a paid reservation, credits will only be issued toward future markets or events in 2024. Credits do not extend into the next calendar year.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
In order to ensure the quality and enjoyment of the market and to promote a safe and positive atmosphere, we ask that all vendors act in accordance with the following:

Act with respect toward other persons, their privacy, and safety.

Physical or verbal abuse to fellow vendors, customers, or market management of any kind will not be tolerated.

All persons shall treat public and private property and equipment with respect.
Please report any activity that is deemed inappropriate to festival team members. Any violation of the Code of Conduct by a vendor will result in immediate removal from the market without a refund. National Black Doll Museum & Attleboro Juneteenth Planning Committee, LLC owners, landlords, managers and promoters reserve the right to restrict or terminate any vendor’s activity which, in their opinion, is disruptive, slanderous, inappropriate or is detrimental to the quality of the event as a whole. In the event of any restrictions or evictions, AJC, NBDM, and its affiliates will not be liable for any refund of rental or other expenses.
PROMOTER STATEMENT:
In the event of any restrictions or evictions, the AJC-NBDM and its affiliates will not be liable for any refund of rental or other expenses. AJC-NBDM, managers, and promoters reserve the right to remove, without refund or recourse, any exhibitor who misrepresents himself or his product. In addition, the promoter reserves the right not to select vendors who may not be suitable for the market. AJC-NBDM, reserves the right to amend or add to the applicable rules pertaining to and governing the Juneteenth Market at any time during and before the operating season without notice. The interpretation of all the rules by the promoters shall be final.
